Jim Ebert
Jim Ebert is the Alpenglow Adventures Director and the Easter Seals Camp Kysoc Executive Director. Jim is in his fourth year serving as the Executive Camp Director at Easter Seals Camp Kysoc and as the Founder and Director of Alpenglow Adventures.
It is believed that he is the world’s most experienced outdoor educator, mountain guide and wilderness guide with over 41 years of guiding experience.
Jim has taken over 54,404 people on mountaineering camps to remote mountain regions in nine western states and to 17 Alpine countries, on wilderness hiking and backpacking trips to 11 states, taught mountaineering training courses to seven western states and to two Canadian Rockies Provinces and he has helped guide over 68,192 people to 1,303 of the world’s most famous mountain summits in nine western states, two Canadian Provinces and to 17 Alpine countries.
Jim has an unmatched perfect safety record with not one single injury occurring to a single participant that a band-aid could not completely fix, not even a sprained ankle.
Jim has spent over 36 years working with people with disabilities.
It is believed that his mountain and wilderness guiding accomplishments and his outdoor instructing training courses involve the largest numbers of people that have traveled with him to eleven States and to 17 Alpine countries that is unmatched by anyone else in the world.
Jim is sharing his one of a kind resume to get others interested in helping him to safely begin the world’s first hiking trail adventures to the most spectacular trails and to the most famous locations in America and in the world for those who cannot walk using the Kili-kart and the Trailrider, with all proceeds net income going to help children and adults with disabilities from a five state area to attend Jim’s Kentucky Easter Seals Camp Kysoc.
