Jim Ebert (on every trip)
Director, Founder, Head Guide & Trip Leader (for every trip)
   Jim is one of the most experienced outdoor guides in the world. He has been leading hiking and mountaineering expeditions for 40+ years and still maintains an impeccable safety record. Jim is the personal trip leader for each Alpenglow Adventure and is a true visionary in the adventure world.

Justin Ebert
Assistant Director & Assistant Trip Guide
   Justin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Iowa. He has helped Alpenglow Adventures to guide three descents to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and to Havasu Falls. Justin is a very experienced trail hiker and plays a critical role in the tactical and logistical planning of each hike. He has a keen eye for impending trail conditions and acts as our primary route finder on difficult or split trails.

Adam Tillinghast
Coordinator & Assistant Trip Guide
   Adam is a Mechanical Engineer and is responsible for design improvements and on-trail maintenance of both trail devices. He has direct care experience with children and adults with physical and developmental disabilities, and is a very experienced hiker. Adam spent nine months camping across the US in all seasons and climates and is an important part of the trip planning team.

Becca Gold
Coordinator & Assistant Trip Guide
   Becca has helped guide Alpenglow descents to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and to Havasu Falls. She assists with the filming and photography of each trip she is a part of, and coordinates the food planning. Becca is always one of the friendliest faces on the trail. She has a BA in Psychology and has several years of direct care experience with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.

Jean Ebert
Assistant Trip Guide
   Jean has helped guide three Alpenglow descents to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and to Havasu Falls. She has assisted with the filming and photography of each trip. She loves meeting new people, and going to new places. She has spent three years at the University of Kentucky and is finishing her senior year at the University of Iowa working for a degree in Recreational Management.
